Ok so I am still new to this site and was wondering what the difference between a 64KBS MP3 ZIP and a VBR ZIP was?

Thanks in advance for any advice/help.

64k is a very low-quality mp3, basically only good for very low-bandwidth applications. They're actually not even generated anymore for new shows, but you'll see them on older shows.

Grab the VBR zip file, definitely.
